In less than five minutes, this audio can help you to remember to breathe, and to notice those subtle energies within that connect you to sky and earth. We are a part of nature, and as humans our emotions and mental activity can pull us away from this simple fact.

 

The number one antidote to stress and overwhelm is breathing, especially slowly in through the nose, with a twice as long exhale out the mouth.
